The position

Job description

As a member of the Customer Success Team, you will help Customer Success Managers (CSMs) manage day-to-day interactions with our customers and support them in reaching our one true goal: making sure that they continue to be happy and loyal customers.

Startup Flow is a transformative, innovative and very strategic solution for large organizations, so you will be in touch with a wide range of interesting people: innovation leaders, high-level executives, operational people, etc. You will gradually gain in autonomy during your internship, with the objective of joining our team permanently to manage your own client portfolio.

Main roles and responsibilities

- Participate in the management of an international portfolio of enterprise clients (70%)

You assist CSMs in their interactions with clients: participate in calls and meetings, help prepare strategic reviews and data analysis, etc. You are the privileged contact of customers reaching out by email and chat. You answer their questions thanks to a thorough understanding of their business needs and an expert knowledge of our platform.

- Help us design & scale a rock-solid platform (20%)

Thanks to your privileged relationship with customers, you collect large amounts of product feedback, suggestions and ideas that you pass on to the Product team. You help fueling the team with great insights to add to our roadmap and invent the next version of our platform.
You are in charge of reporting bugs and anomalies to the technical team, and making sure they are eventually resolved for impacted customers.

- Take part in the creation of a unique customer experience (10%)

Participate in the definition and the execution of a strategy to animate and retain our client community. Propose and launch creative actions such as new event formats, webinars & conferences, written communications, etc.

Preferred experience

  • Grande Ecole Student who combines analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get things done quickly and effectively
  • Native French speaker and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German, Italian or Spanish are a plus)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position would be appreciated (Consulting, Sales-related position in a B2B company, etc.)
  • Good understanding of SaaS and Tech ecosystems
  • Great team player skills: you trust in the team and bring out the best in them
