As a “Communication Manager” you will work closely with our executive teams and our marketing team to drive a differentiated corporate narrative and launch programs to elevate Startup Flow’s brand, increase our audience and drive product awareness globally.
Your areas of responsibility include communication strategy, social media, brand management, public relations, events and other communication programs. This role will give you the opportunity to interact with a wide range of interesting people: innovation leaders, C-Levels, operational teams, business experts etc. and you will be exposed to the latest innovation and transformation challenges of some of the biggest companies worldwide.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Build and execute a communication strategy that inspires and grows a qualified audience (corporate leaders, SaaS community, innovation specialists, etc.) and that enhances our brand reputation and trust
- Create and manage an editorial calendar with content linked to business objectives, key announcements, and events. Lead the distribution strategy for content across social media and other channels to build audiences
- Create beautiful content (blog posts, articles, case studies, white-papers, interviews, podcasts, infographics, videos, etc.) on our value proposition, industry, product and expertise.
- Manage our relationship with visual artists and designers to maintaining the brand’s consistency across all content
- Build our brand reputation and ensure compliance with our standards, voice, and tone
- Partner with our People team to develop internal communications to increase engagement and create excitement about the company and brand
- Lead PR strategy and agency relationship to accelerate our market position and product awareness among prospects, partners, and press
