The position

Job description

As a product owner intern, you’ll be part of the product team. You drive and shape digital products that make our customers successful and that keep Square Sense on track with our ambitious global mission to digitalize the real estate industry. Your role is key, as you interact with all teams related to product development, including research, data engineering, developers and real estate experts. The position is also in contact with our clients and prospects, alongside with our data asset managers, to understand market needs.

Key responsibilities

Product vision and roadmap:

• Contribute with the product managers to define the roadmap, in coherence with the company shared vision
• Analyse market trends and competitors to anticipate users’ needs
• Conduct existing customers’ interviews to collect feedback in order to improve user adoption and retention

Features conception/upgrade:

• Testing of the platform to identify bugs and pain points to improve user experience
• Organize brainstorming sessions with the business owners to propose new or upgraded features
• Once validated, specify and prototype features in a clear and concise way to share with the tech teams (user stories)

Project management/Features development:

• Define product backlog and prioritize in order to match with customers’ expected timeline
• Coordinate all the teams involved during the whole feature development
• Run functional tests to validate feature delivery on the platform


Preferred experience

• Business school, engineering school or equivalent
• End of study internship
• First experience working in an agile environment is a plus
• Knowledge of UI/UX concepts
• Strong analytical skills and sense of prioritization
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of MS office
• Knowledge of tool such as Notion, Figma or any BI Tool (Power BI) are a plus
• Fluent in French and English. Any other European language is a plus
