Mission:

  • Support our fast-growing Enterprise Sales organisation through planning and strategy, reporting and analytics, process automation and improvements, and by driving the development and ongoing administration of Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop regular reporting on key sales metrics, pipeline health and identify trends
  • Create dashboards to deliver actionable insights to the field and executive teams
  • Establish and maintain weekly sales forecast with Sales Leadership

Sales process management

  • Drive and improve sales process efficiency by identifying gaps, and evaluating/ implementing new ideas, tools or processes
  • Run sales deal desk
  • Assist and train the Sales and Customer Success/Account Management teams with quote to order process
  • Resolve operational issues in close collaboration with Finance and Legal

Salesforce.com administration

  • Play a leading role in the administration, customization and development of our SFDC instance
  • Ensure data integrity with the appropriate level of automation, data validation and user training
  • Provide first line of training and support to our Salesforce.com users

Planning and strategy

  • Administer sales compensation for the Sales organization
  • Create and produce reporting on territory/vertical potential and segmentation
  • Work with Sales Leadership for quarterly and annual planning
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Hire, train and manage future Sales Operations staff

Interlock with other teams

  • Work with Marketing to co-own the lead flow process and tools
  • Work with Sales Enablement to seamlessly provide support to the Sales organization
  • Work with Legal, Finance, HR and other functions to leverage Salesforce, our single ‘source of truth’ for operational efficiencies and intelligence
  • Work with outside consultants for Salesforce customization

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations in similar environments
  • 2-3 years SaaS Sales Operations experience is a must
  • Salesforce.com super-user (Salesforce Certified Administrator) and its app ecosystem
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Sales-friendly, strong desire to help the Sales and CSM/Account Management field teams to make them more productive and successful
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, attention to details and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Organized and strong time management skills, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and with tight deadlines
  • Based in Europe or US East to ensure optimal team coverage.
