Job description

What will be your missions ?

  • Partnering with business leaders and people managers to drive the people experience and strategy for the French Revenue and Corporate Revenue organisations;
  • Being a catalyst for change to enable both the French market and corporate Revenue organisations to scale and achieve their ambitious growth expectations;
  • Being our culture ambassador, cultivating a performing and challenging environment of trust and empowerment everywhere in the organisation.
  • What will you be doing ?

  • Trusted business partnering: You will partner with the Revenue Operations and Revenue France leadership teams and people managers to build a consultative and trusting relationship to support high engagement and top performance to meet their ambitious growth expectations.
  • Leaders coaching:You will guide and coach the Revenue Operations and Revenue France business leaders and people managers to respond to changing business needs, ensuring effective communication and change management.
  • HR consulting: You will provide expert consulting services to managers and Spendeskers from the Revenue Operations and Revenue France organisations on HR programs, processes and initiatives. You will also influence the future direction of our People team priorities by synthesizing your organisation’s insights and feeding back your People teammates.
  • People Operations and Talent solutions partnering: You will partner with our People Operations team on defining People programs and processes putting the employee experience at the center of our design. You will be hands-on operationally in the short-term to lead on the implementation of HR processes, practices and talent solutions to bring to life high engagement and top performance at Spendesk.
  • Data leveraging for informed decisions and design: You will lead data analysis and organisational health diagnostics for the Revenue Operations and Revenue France teams to co-create action plans with business leaders to improve performance, productivity, engagement and retention. You will interpret trends in employee relations issues and people-data to design appropriate interventions.

    What do you need to have ?

  • 7-15 years of experience in a variety of Human Resources functions supporting fore-front Tech companies, expertise in developing and implementing HR processes and talent solutions;
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and trust with different personalities, cultures and levels of expectations within the organisation;
  • Outstanding consulting skills to influence others and deliver results or expertise for an internal customer in a valued manner generating positive experiences;
  • Strong business acumen to leverage the understanding of the parts of the business and their interrelationships for opportunities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to ensure information flows in complex environments.
