The position

Job description

As Revenue Operations & Compensation Manager part of our Operations Team, you'll directly report to our Revenue Operations Team Lead.

Your main mission will be to drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) through process improvements and drive growth through the design of our revenue compensation plan and the target setting.

Key Responsibilities

Target Setting & Compensation

  • Build and iterate on our compensation plan in collaboration with the Top Management (Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, Partnership) that drive the right behaviors & maximize the impact on revenue (Compensation plan being one of the most important strategic lever);
  • Design and set consistent revenue teams targets based on the analysis you will perform, the perfect mix of the bottom-up forecast and our business plan;
  • Own & administrate our compensation tool (Qobra) used on a daily basis by revenue Individual contributors to automate what can be & ensure the scalability of the system as the organization grows with more complexity;
  • Business Intelligence, Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze business performance data to deliver insights that will help business partner make the right decisions on go-to-market, strategy, focus, etc...
  • Ensure that the data is cleaned and shared freely between all go-to-market functions, allowing them to be more effective & autonomous as much as possible
  • Programs & Process Improvement.

  • Drive programs and projects that will maximize the efficiency & productivity of our revenue functions (ex: review our buyer journey, implementation of new tool or process improvement) with the objective to provide them the best experience;
  • Define processes that foster alignment between our Sales, CS, Marketing & other non-revenue function and contribute to the definition of the operational strategy;
  • Who we are looking for

    Must-have:

  • It is preferred the candidate has 4+ years’ experience, preferably in Business Operations, Business analyst, financial analyst or consulting.
  • Previous experience of Business Modelling, target setting and/or compensation related topics;
  • The candidate must be able to understand our business challenges and objectives and simplify them as possible;
  • High level of autonomy and organization, ability to manage several projects in parallel and effective communication;
  • Proactive, creative, rigorous, and problem solving
  • Outstanding team player and ability to collaborate
  • Fluent in French and English (as it's our business language)
  • Nice-to-have

  • Experience in any of the following disciplines: Sales Management and/or Revenue Management;
  • Experience in Saas businesses;
