Job description

As Spendesk's Marketing Operations Manager, your mission is to build and scale insights, processes and infrastructure that power key marketing programs and decisions across our marketing funnel.

You will work closely with our Demand Gen team to accelerate Marketing-sourced revenue by building out lead flows, automation, and integrations. Your analysis and insights will empower the team with insights to inform their strategies as you co-build responsive buyer journeys.

You will report to the Growth Operations Lead and will be joining a smart, ambitious team who works together to develop customer-centric, multi-channel campaigns to drive real results. Our ideal candidate is analytical, action-oriented, an excellent communicator, comfortable with a test and learn atmosphere, and willing to wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own lead assignment and SLA definitions between Marketing and Sales. Ensure data alignment across systems, providing the Inbound sales team with the right data to inform their sales approach.
  • Maintain global and functional dashboards that measure the Revenue teams' performance and impact across top of funnel. Be the internal expert on full-funnel analytics, revenue attribution model, and ROI analysis for our acquisition strategies.
  • Own KPI reporting for all demand generation activities carried out across the business. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on defining key success metrics and frameworks for their continuous evaluation.
  • Own the lead management process including the development and execution of lead generation, nurturing, scoring, routing and recycling processes to achieve the highest conversion rates, aligning both Sales and Marketing resources and their communication strategies.
  • Provide operational support to the Demand Gen Team on an ongoing basis. Ensure the team’s processes and supporting documents are maintained and centrally located to provide visibility into available training materials, enablement, and team OKRs.
  • Support Demand Gen team members in using our martech stack in the most efficient way. Be the internal expert on product releases, trainings, and enablement.
  • What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years in Marketing Operations / Marketing Analyst role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proven knowledge and experience conducting analysis of Marketing campaigns and activities
  • Proven skills building automation processes such as lead scoring, routing and responsive buyer journey nurturing
  • Software skills, specifically HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Zapier and other automation tools. Experience with Intercom, Salesloft, and data providers, such as Clearbit.
  • Outstanding team player and always trying to solve for Spendesk’s best interest;
  • Fluent in French or English (as it's our business language);
