Motion & Graphic Designer | Paris | Full Time Contract

Sorare is an ambitious new game company, backed by world-class investors, based in the heart of Paris. We have created a fantasy football game where you can trade official Blockchain Cards. Sorare combines blockchain technology, fantasy sports and football to create a new and completely unique gaming experience.
Sorare brings the power back to gamers, with true ownership of their game items (tradeability, transferability). Sorare appeals to football fans, fantasy managers and collectors alike. We’re growing fast: in 2 years time, we’ve already onboarded 100+ football clubs and sold €740.000 of Blockchain cards in August 2020.

The Role:
Sorare are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to join their team in Paris. You should have a keen interest in branding, a true love for excellence and creativity and thrive in fast paced environments.
You’ll be working closely with the Product Designer and Growth Lead and create video and photo assets, both for the game and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CEO
• Create visuals and videos for the game, work on player pictures, design new cards, maintain a consistent branding all over the product
• Create visuals and videos for social networks (currently mainly Instagram and Twitter), maintain a consistent branding all over our social networks

Required Skills

Empathy: You deeply understand how your gamers and football fans think. You can accurately predict how your creation will make them feel. You enjoy creating delight
Appreciation for Quality: You are very enthusiastic about your favorite designs, and can articulate why they’re incredible. You are excited to build a world-class brand
Collaboration: You collaborate effectively with marketers and product designers. You influence through example, and excitement
Excellence: You like working smart and evolving in an organization with a culture of getting things done and meeting ambitious goals
Technical knowledge: You’re proficient in; Photoshop, After Effect and Illustrator
