Job description

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the global sales leader to become his right hand in designing the sales strategy, the implementation of modern processes and tools that enable scale, in a predictable & repeatable way.
  • Provide metrics, reports, dashboards and distill key insights/trends to support marketing & sales leaders in assessing and improving the effectiveness of our sales efforts.
  • Understand the needs of salespeople and leaders to enforce or design new solutions that will help them reach company objectives.
  • Own the administration of the Salesforce platform and other business tools: accounts setup, report creation, layout changes, permission management, automation etc…

Preferred experience

Your experience :

  • 3-5 years in a sales ops position, ideally within a high-growth, SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce admin (process builder, flows,…).
  • Designing, implementing and documenting efficient processes and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience building and executing a sales go-to-market strategy.

Your skills & attributes:

  • A strategic mind with excellent attention to detail and delivery
  • Ability to identify and solve complex business issues
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, at all levels of the company
  • Ability to help translate customer as well as sales team requirements into design specifications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SaaS sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French, French – Spanish is not a must, but a plus.
  • Strong SFDC(lightning) administrative skills
  • Extraordinary Gsheet skills
  • SQL experience is a plus
