You will join a talented team of IT/OPs, leveraging the most advanced technologies (AWS, Terraform, CI-CD, containerization, serverless, monitoring/alerting etc.) to build and reinforce the next infrastructure generation, offering a high availability / scalability solution based on continuous improvement.

As a SecOps Engineer, you will collaborate with the Tech Team to improve existing SecOps security processes and implement new ones.

The IT/OPs team works with a “test, learn and iterate” mindset. This means that you will have the opportunity to continuously improve the engineering practice and raise the bar at SlimPay. After all, the startup spirit is embedded into our work!

• Engineering / Master degree in IT/Computing Security or equivalent from an accredited university
• Minimum 4 years experience as a SecOps Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of AWS systems and monitoring skills
• Experience with cloud-based security management, such as AWS-managed firewalls and IDS/IPS services
• Significant knowledge of security best practices for microservices product architectures (PCI DSS, ISO 27K, OWASP, GDPR… ), focusing predominantly on cloud-based server development

• One of those common penetration testing certifications is a must-have :

  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Certifications (e.g., GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT), or GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
  • CREST Penetration Testing Certifications, Communication Electronic Security Group (CESG)
  • IT Health Check Service (CHECK) certification
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tech and non-tech teams
• Good command of English (written and oral)
