SINGULART has the ambition to be the online art gallery leader in the world.

For 5 years, we all work to promote artists and designers around the world in order to break barriers of the art market.

Singulart is growing fast. Our HR/Talent Acquisition team is on the lookout for smart and passionate people to empower artists worldwide! 

We are a 7-people team handling all topics related to hiring, training, labor law, admin, office management...All motivated by a spirit of cooperation, we are working together to provide the best experience to the candidates and to our colleagues.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition who will help us recruit future Singularters and meet our ambitious hiring plans for the next years! 🎉

It is a great opportunity to learn how to work as a Recruiter in an art tech scale-up. 

Also, you will be able to bring new ideas to the table in order to continuously improve our work environment and culture! 

Your missions:

  • Identify hiring needs in collaboration with managers
  • Promote job opportunities on various platforms and job boards
  • Manage the sourcing of candidates
  • Search and reach out to interesting profiles on LinkedIn
  • Conduct online interviews 
  • Guide managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Onboard new employees
  • Monitor and report on the recruitment activity
  • Participate in the growth of our employer brand
  • Build strong relationships with our partners: schools, hiring agencies etc.
  • Requirements:

  • You have at least 1/2 years of professional experience as a Recruiter and especially in hunting.
  • You are fully fluent in English, any additional languages are a strong plus!
  • You have exceptional communication and empathic skills
  • You know how to recruit by conducting structured interviews 
  • You are able to manage several recruitment processes from A to Z
  • You are rigorous, precise and able to deliver by meeting deadlines
  • You are data-oriented and organized
  • You like to be challenged and exceed your KPIs
