SINGULART is growing fast and as the leading online art gallery, logistics is an important part of our business. 

In this role, you will face the challenge of shipping our priority projects to improve our Logistics setup, incl. designing & improving internal processes, working with Tech & Product on new features or offering our collectors new services (among others).

This role is central to our growth as it will help improve our efficiency, time-management and overall quality of deliveries.

We are then looking for a business and results-driven, energetic Logistics Projects Lead who will deliver impactful projects.

You will report to our Head of Logistics and you will build a team of project managers from scratch.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and grow a successful team of project managers from scratch : between 2 and 6 people
  • Manage, train and lead the team
  • Align on a strategic roadmap with the Head of Logistics based on customers’ needs and company priorities
  • Deliver fast results on these projects with clear milestones and measurable output
  • Rollout the project outcomes to the operational teams and handle the coaching & implementation of new practices
  • Document existing process & each project's creation, development, and execution
  • Examples of projects you could work on:

  • A team of project managers will have to be built and developed from scratch: between 2 and 6 people.
  • Afterwards, the team will of course have to be trained and managed on a daily basis
  • In parallel, a strategic roadmap will have to be drawn up with the Head of Logistics, based on the needs of the customers and the company's priorities.
  • Examples of metrics you will have an impact on:

  • Lead a 'request for proposal' with our shipping partners 
  • Manage the rollout of an internal framing network in our Top markets
  • Lead the implementation of supply chain systems and processes to improve productivity & quality of our operations
  • With clear and measurable milestones you will be able to deliver quick results.
  • Transfer the results of the project to the operational teams and ensure the coaching and implementation of the new practices.
  • Document existing processes and the creation, development and execution of each project.
  • What we look for:

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a consulting, project management or Operations/Startup role
  • You have a first experience in managing a team
  • You know how to engage your team members towards a common goal
  • You are fluent in English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are positive, curious, self-motivated and hands-on
  • You are a solution finder and handle any challenge with creativity and patience
  • You are detail-oriented and data driven, you have strong organizational skills 
  • You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
