Job description

SINGULART has the ambition to be the online art gallery leader in the world.

For 5 years, we all work to promote artists and designers around the world in order to break barriers of the art market.

SINGULART is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Expert to launch, structure and supervise our new B2B Sales Strategy worldwide, with a particular focus on our strongest markets: Germany and US.

Our company has recently opened up to the design industry. Your main mission will be to build and develop a B2B sales strategy for design to grow the business from 0 to 1 million in revenue per year (and more!).

The role’s aim is to achieve profitable growth by driving an innovative, bold and cross-channel acquisition strategy. You will report directly to the VP Sales Manager and will work cross-functionally with the global marketing, communication,  design, product, sales and legal teams to meet our ambitious targets.

Our ideal Head of B2B has in-depth knowledge of the Design industry. We’re seeking a quick learner with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Your Mission as Head of B2B:

  • Strategy: you will be in charge of the full B2B sales strategy and development from defining the offer to make it happen
  • Management: build and manage a successful team of B2B managers
  • Growth and Scale: you will be able to grow the sales revenue by creating and executing a B2B strategy through developing our new distribution channel: DESIGN
  • Commercial development of a B2B design clientele such as architects, hotels, decorators, etc…
  • What we are looking for:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience as a BtoB Sales Manager
  • Fluent in English, German or French would be a strong plus
  • Extensive international knowledge and network in the design industry
  • Strategic, Ambitious, Self-driven and Doer: you will be able to put in place a BtoB strategy, execute it, monitor KPIs and go the extra mile to contribute to the company growth
  • You are results and data-oriented
  • Managerial experience in an international environment: you are able to hire, build, manage and train your team
  • Entrepreneurial experiences would be a plus
  • A passion for Art is definitely a plus as you'll join us on the mission to empower artists
  • The process:

  • First HR interview
  • Business Case
  • Interview with our Co-founder and Co-CEO Brice Lecompte
  • Interview with a partner in the Sales Team
  • Why us?

  • Location: Our office is located in Châtelet. You will work in the heart of Paris and easily access everything.
  • Diversity: 28 nationalities among 144 people. We celebrate it all year round with specific events dedicated to all the different cultures (Chinese New Year, Italian cooking lesson,..)!
  • And Parity: 64% of our employees are women! We also try to be more inclusive in our Tech Team by creating partnerships with 50inTech or Ada Tech School! For Women’s Rights Day, we dedicated an entire month to the subject with conferences and debates.
  • Remote Policy: We value your work life balance and therefore created an official charter. We propose 2 days remote and 3 days per week at the office. Why? Because we believe that it’s together that the magic happens but we also know that from time to time you need to be able to work without any disturbances. Concerning our Tech Team, they are fully remote!
  • Come as you are: We are not all Nirvana fans but we definitely believe that it’s through difference that we can grow so let’s start by being YOU!
  • Boost your career: In a hypergrowth environment things change so fast and everyone can propose initiatives and has the possibility of evolving rapidly.
  • Wellbeing at Work: Your wellbeing counts! We propose a Gymlib program, fresh fruits twice a week, webinars on how to handle remote working or the mental workload or even piqueniques when the sun is shining!
  • Discover art with us: We provide different training on art throughout the year. We organize each year the visit of a specific museum: Fondation Cartier in 2019, Fondation Société Générale in 2020 and La Bourse du Commerce for 2021!
  • CSR: Let's be honest, we are still at the beginning but we created our own internal group “The Climate Crew” and organized our first Earth Day! So if this topic is important to you and would like to contribute to the strategy, join us!
