As we are now 140, on the way to be 200 by the end of 2022, and in a HR team that is getting structured, we are looking for our Employer Brand Manager to coordinate our employer’s brand initiatives and communications.

The Employer Branding Manager will be part of the HR team accountable for People's development and managed by Julie Carrière. In a scale-up context, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the internal and external branding strategy in line with our ambitious corporate strategy, in strong partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, the Brand team and SINGULART employees.

In this newly designed role you will have 2 objective :

  • Employer Branding :
  • Define the Employer Branding objective by carrying out an audit that allows us to visualise our employee persona and identify issues and objectives.
  • After this audit you will define the strategy, on an internal and external standpoint, with defined persona for both applicants and employees.
  • Own all initiatives on Employer Brand scope : project management it’s for you :)
  • Create recruitment campaigns on all communication aspects (videos, landing pages, events, content, partnerships...etc).
  • Create and maintain a calendar editorial roadmap (offline and online channel)
  • Liaise and align with the Marketing, Product & Brand team on SINGULART's employer brand positioning.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and provide recommendations on market trends and best practices.
  • Define with the Head of People Development the OKRs for this new role : (Kpis of publications, conversion, views, number of followers, etc), their follow-up and proposal of actions to improve them
  • Animate the internal community of our employees and help them to become Ambassador’s (maybe we need to create a referral program ;))
  • Diffuse best practices and inputs to all teams, in relation to employees' NPS, what they value in our company, what we can do better, check Glassdoor website..
  •  CSR
  • Building and leading the CSR strategy and its evolution with our founders
  • Coordinate & be accountable for all CSR projects
  • Raise awareness among employees by training and coaching them on CSR issues
  • Ensure the company's CSR reporting in order to communicate with the Management
  • Implement the necessary management tools (indicators, dashboards, monitoring tools, etc.)
  • Monitor CSR practices, techniques and regulatory standards
  • Make our CSR policy reflected in our communication, and part of our Employer Brand
  • The profil that we are looking for:

  • A background in HR internal Communication
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of employer branding within a company in defining and implementing end-to-end employer branding strategies.
  • Previous experience in an international working environment is mandatory: you are fluent in English.
  • Your written and oral communication in English is excellent.
  • Marketing Strategy: You know how to build a persona for the Employer Brand strategy.
  • You have a data-driven approach to assessing the impact of different communication actions. 
  • You are at ease with social media and communication channels
  • You are able to monitor KPIs and provide transparent communication on our Employer Brand key KPIs to other teams
  • You evolved in a matricial organization: you know how to build your own content from initiatives that are taken by other teams
  • You are: strategic, creative, pragmatic, rigorous, fun and open-minded with a strong sense of initiative, a willingness to learn and share, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
