SINGULART is growing fast as the leading online art gallery and we are now launching a new market: Design.

The Design vertical is a totally new playground for us, especially in Logistics, and with this new challenge ahead, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader to help us build & drive a Transport team specialized in Design items such as tables, sofas, lamps…

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Operational:
  • Build & improve our operational processes for Design items (including bulky, heavy items)

    Contribute to the efficiency of the team with tools & processes in place

    Ensure timely and cost efficient delivery of all orders from your region

    Identify levers for better quality of service and higher profitability in your team and act upon them

    Negotiate partnerships with dedicated carriers

  • Management
  • Manage a team of Logistics Managers: Ensure that new team members get the right training

    Coach the team towards improving customer experience

    Coordinate workload within your team, check whether the team is staffed

    Help your team understand their KPIs and how to impact them

    What we look for:

  • You know the environment of B2C transportation and more importantly the one dedicated to bulky and heavy items
  • You know how to manage a team and make them grow : minimum you managed 2 people on day to day
  • You are proficient with Excel and you have the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • You have excellent communication skills and know that communication is key
  • You are fluent in English, French is a strong plus
