SimpliField is a French start-up that launched in North America in late 2018, and now have 12 employees in the United States. You will be part of this small team and report directly to the VP of Customer Success. You will get some great visibility and experience into what it takes to launch and scale up a start-up.

About the role:
You will be working within the Customer Success team, but also closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
The Customer Success Team provides strategic business support to our clients who are influential multinational groups such as LVMH, L’Occitane, Revlon, L’Oréal, …
You will be responsible for a part of this international portfolio and will be focused on driving success and growth.
