What will you do?

· Administration of P2P (Purchase-2-Pay) users, development and maintenance of a Dashboard, communication, and trainings

· administrative support of management

· participation in project of a virtual assistant in purchasing area – implementation and development

· creating of concept for the organisation of workshops

What do we expect from you?

· Highschool education

· Work experience in Purchasing, Finance or Accounting and Logistics

· Knowledge of MS Office, experience with creating analyses and data working

· Advanced knowledge of English, (German is an advantage)

· Responsibility, diligence, and team spirit
