The position

Job description

We’re looking for a high-energy, business focused, service-oriented HR Business Partner to join our global HR team! We’re searching for a strategic, yet hands-on, business partner to support our Go-To-Market organizations including Sales, Operations, and Engineering and be the HR leader for our Europe offices (scope of three countries: the UK, France, and Belgium). This position is based in London.

You will report to the International Director of HR, manage an HR assistant and be a change agent to drive organizational transformation, high performance, talent development, succession and engagement along with other progressive HR initiatives for the company. Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with leaders to shape their vision and align people practices to drive high performance
  • Implement and facilitate talent management programs and initiatives to meet the business needs of the organization
  • Lead talent processes, performance review, and compensation processes
  • Ensure compensation programs and initiatives that enable us to attract, reward and retain top talent
  • Use data and analytics to drive improvement (e.g. retention, engagement, hiring)
  • Identify training needs and facilitate training
  • Proactively anticipate business needs, formulate and drive change initiatives
  • Coach managers to pro-actively manage performance challenges and other kinds of employee relations
  • Lead, investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Facilitate the integration of new acquisitions
  • Lead and participate in other HR team projects/programs
  • Work closely with teams in multiple locations including the leadership teams of the European business and the larger group’s headquarters (based in California)
  • Regular travel between London & Paris required

Preferred experience

Qualities We Seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HR, preferably including french Labor Law (or extensive practice of it)
  • Be fluent in both French and English
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with HR Business Partner experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritise
  • Be organised & detail focused
  • Experience working in high-tech and high growth company
  • Results-oriented, with outstanding time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Consultative with excellent coaching skills
  • Demonstrated passion for change and ability to proactively drive the change agenda
  • Candid and willing to take risks
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Workday familiarity is a plus
