We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketeer who is dynamic, proactive and a strategic thinker, keen to be “hands-on”, to join our fast-growing European (FR, UK & BE) mobile media business that is part of a $400M revenue NYSE-listed US business.
We specialise in the FMCG sector and our clients are all household names, like Unilever, Nestlé, Kellogg’s and many more. We’ve been experiencing great growth and are looking to enhance our B2B Marketing approach to continue raising our industry profile, be seen as thought leaders and to generate business growth leads for our sales organisations.
You will be part of our European Marketing team, have sole responsibility for B2B Marketing, reporting to our European Marketing Director and working closely with the FR & UK Country Heads and Sales teams.
Strategy
- Draft and execute a performance measurable B2B Marketing annual plan, in line with business objectives.
- Define & manage B2B marketing budgets.
Growth & Acquisition
- Execute & enhance lead generation initiatives online & offline.
- Plan & execute a successful LinkedIn strategy (paid and owned & operated) to gain visibility and followers.
- Explore new ways of increasing Shopmium B2B brand awareness amongst CPG / FMCGs.
- Monitor closely the ROI and KPIs of every quantitative and qualitative actions
Communication and Press Relations
- Explore & execute the most effective ways to engage with prospective and existing clients & contacts.
- Define and execute a PR strategy to support business objectives.
- Create and manage events (online & offline) that support our business objectives.
Data and Engagement
- Deepen our knowledge of existing clients and key segments.
- Set targets and create relevant dashboards to monitor client base evolution
- Manage and improve our CRM tool (Pardot).
- Build and execute a CRM strategy inline with business objectives.
Content
- Create, maintain and enrich our online B2B content for clients and prospective clients (case studies, blog articles,…) in line with business objectives.
- Manage and update our B2B website and digital assets that display our content
- Support our business development team with content they can share with their client portfolio.
Other
- Manage and make effective use of a B2B Marketing intern (also based in France)
- Innovate and build strong and powerful internal working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Be an integral part of French, UK and Belgian teams sharing insights, practices & learnings.
- Establish a robust reporting process to track KPIs and ROI.
- Embrace Shopmium business positioning and drive it to its next stage.
- Be in tune with industry developments - adopt a test, learn and evolve style of work.
