Our goal

Shipup started in June 2020 a very strong growth phase thanks to a 6m€ series A: from 25 full-time employees to a goal of 60 full-time employees 12 months later.
And more than ever, with the impressive growth in ecommerce during the pandemic, we need to onboard new talents.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your main mission is to focus on the pre-sales phase: lead generation and qualification (cold call and cold emailing). This position is essential within Shipup but does not include the closing part of the deals which is managed by our sales closers.

Your missions

  • Use our tools to establish lists of targeted prospects
  • Conduct your own cold calling and emailing campaigns
  • Analyze your performance to perfect your arguments and campaigns
  • Exchange with our Sales Closers to understand their needs and adapt your pitch
  • Ability to sell in French and in at least one other European language

Preferred experience

  • You have at least one first experience as BDR / SDR
  • You have excellent oral and written communication
  • You have a good level of English both written and spoken.
  • You are fluent in at least one European language other than French (English or other)
  • You are passionate about human contact and you enjoy talking to prospects.
  • You are persevering and autonomous
  • You have an interest in SaaS and the world of Tech
