Passionate about Data Science and with a background in applied maths and computer science, Tallulah joined Shift in 2018 as a Data Scientist. Soon, she got the responsibility to manage her own team. Data Scientists are in charge of customising Shift’s products for our clients. They are the engineers that set up and configure the product for new clients, from understanding the client’s data and mapping it to Shift’s own data model to tuning the analysis and setting up the production process. Day-to-day Tallulah works most closely with Project Managers, Customer Success, Product, IT, Research, and Sales in order to meet and exceed client expectations. Her secret talent: never getting lost.
Just a few months ago Hela started her career in the Software Engineering team. What excites her most about her job is that she tackles new and different challenges every day. Together with her colleagues from different cultures and countries, she skillfully helps build the technology Shift’s clients use everyday. In her team of 10, excellent communication and coordination is critical. Hela’s secret talent: Singing and dancing salsa.
Never during his internship in 2011 with co-founder Eric Sibony did Jeremy imagine that one day he would be the CEO of an award-winning international company. Together with David Durrleman, the two roommates had one dream: Imagine and invent solutions that transform insurance decisions for the benefit of all. In the year of 2014, Shift Technology was created. Today, Jeremy is responsible for a great mix of people with different stories, backgrounds and skill sets who work together to overcome challenges, take advantage of new opportunities, and deliver results.
Fascinated by sociology since a young age, Aristide now has the opportunity to combine his great passion with his responsibilities at Shift! The company’s HR department is structured into five distinct teams: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Organizational Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits and Workplace Management. Today, he works as a Talent Acquisition Partner. His HR mission? Devise and implement a recruiting strategy to help the company hire the best people ensure the best employee recruiting process possible. Aristide’s secret talent: juggling with the shoulders.
