Reveal is looking for a Software Engineer with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join our international development team and help us reach our ambitious target.

Led by innovative CTO (discover our CTO) you will:

• Develop new features on both the front end and the back end of the app.
• Work on feature specification along with your fellow developers and Perrine, our Chief Product Officer.
• Strive for state-of-the-art coding practices, and deliver reliable and resilient code.
• Work on a series of top-notch projects that you’ll nurture over time - your new babies.

Our stack

The architecture of our stack was crafted from scratch because there’s nothing better than working from a clean slate 🙂 Here goes the stack:

• Front end: React, Redux
• Back end: Django, Ruby, Python
• Databases: PostgreSQL
• All of which are deployed thanks to Docker, Kubernetes and GCP inside micro-services which communicate both synchronously and asynchronously.

Our methodology

Our engineering culture drives us to build short iterations with strong commitments:

• 1 week = 1 sprint = 1 release
• Scrum is our inspiration but we want to feel perfectly comfortable with the process we use, so we focus on continuous improvement
• Each developer owns something in the product, and will be responsible for driving the technical specifications and challenge product requirements

• You’re in the habit of testing, reviewing, monitoring, pairing and versioning (on a daily basis)
• You have already worked with cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP
• You have already worked with relational databases
• You are organized and able to take responsibility for a subject over time
