We are actively looking for our next Social Media Manager!

Your role:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a Social Media strategy alongside our Communications team. You will create engaging and smart content for all our Social Media channels, finding and adapting your tone of voice for each channel and customer base. You will also manage our Community Managers, who work across our English, French, German, Spanish and Italian markets.

Please note, this is a flex-office role with 3 days per week in our Paris office with the team.

Your goals:

- Adapt, create and publish content on social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);

- Interact and engage with community channels (Discord, Reddit, Forum, etc.);

- Manage and develop a team of 5 Community Managers;

- Build internal relationships and work cross-functionally with our product, support and development teams;

- Publish regular product and company updates on relevant channels;

- Monitor and track our Social Media presence (views, engagement, followers etc), and report on weekly KPIs with regular analysis to improve future actions;

- Keep our users interacting with us in new, fun and different ways that bring them together with each other as well as us

Your profile:

- You have significant Social Media experience with at least 5 years in a similar role;

- You have a strong knowledge of the popular social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, etc.)

- You have at least one previous experience of managing a team;

- You have a good knowledge of reporting tools;

- You have the ability to interact directly with customers;

- You have an interest in the gaming and tech markets;

- You have strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail;

- You are fluent in English and French - your team will speak either one or the other but not always both, so it's really important for you to be comfortable in both
