Reporting directly to Seyn’as CEO, as Head of Talent Acquisition you will run all of Seyna’s hiring.
Building and managing a team of recruiters, and getting your own hands dirty, your mission is to make sure Seyna’s goals are never hindered by lack of Talent !
Specifically, that means:
Depending on your profile, we may also bring on the responsibility of onboarding of new hires and coordination with Marketing for employer branding. Note, we don’t expect you to own training or employee success.
It’s a big role, and we plan of hiring >100 people these next 2 years, in all type of roles !
