The position

Job description

Reporting directly to Seyn’as CEO, as Head of Talent Acquisition you will run all of Seyna’s hiring.

Building and managing a team of recruiters, and getting your own hands dirty, your mission is to make sure Seyna’s goals are never hindered by lack of Talent !

Specifically, that means:

  • Ensure we hire the right people, into the right roles, at the right time
  • Own our hiring process, making Seyna a successful hiring factory
  • Execute, and coordinate the execution, of our hiring
  • Coordinate spend on hiring advertising, hiring software and headhunters
  • Proactively searching and sourcing talent - this will initially be a hands-on role and you will always also do hiring youself
  • Own the candidate and manager expectations and experience. Responsible for making hiring a big success internally and externally
  • Be a manager of other TAMs - to hit their hiring targets and make sure they are growing themselves

Depending on your profile, we may also bring on the responsibility of onboarding of new hires and coordination with Marketing for employer branding. Note, we don’t expect you to own training or employee success.

It’s a big role, and we plan of hiring >100 people these next 2 years, in all type of roles !


Preferred experience

  • You have a passion, and experience, for hiring at scale-ups
  • You can turn a business requirement into a job scorecard
  • Sourcing has no secrets for you, you find the needle in the haystack
  • You have experience hiring TAMs, managing hiring budgets, dealing with headhunters
  • You have a proven track record of buidling teams
  • You are a systems-thinker
