Vincent joined Sephora in 2019, since when his working days have been packed full of projects. One of the most significant challenges he and his team have faced has been the creation of a data platform. They are now occupied with the daily operation of the platform, and with employing all the resources available at Sephora to fully exploit the potential of the data it generates.
Do you know who's behind all those Sephora emails you receive? It's the CRM teams, which Juliette is part of! Behind her screens, she’s busy designing multiple marketing campaigns, each one of them tailored to our customers’ needs and habits. Across Europe and Middle East, Juliette and her teams are also responsible for drawing up recommendations to empower the markets and help them be more effective in their own marketing campaign rollouts 💪
After several years spent abroad working on Sephora's international expansion, Youri had the opportunity to set up his own e-business analytics team. Reporting directly to the Europe and Middle East E-commerce Department, he now manages 11 people, who together process and analyze data from the online sales platforms in the 15 countries in the region. Youri brings his wide expertize to the aid of local teams, helping them make sense of their individual markets and contexts. Working alongside many other colleagues from different departments, Youri helps to translate data into actionable business information.
As Category Manager Make-up for France, Audrey has the dream job for every make-up fan! She plays an active role into developing her category, promoting the brands in her portfolio in our shops and analyzing their performance on a daily basis. What motivates her? The special relationship she has with her colleagues and partners, and her commitment to offering the best selection of products at Sephora. After joining the company, following an end-of-studies internship, Audrey seized the opportunity to develop and grow, which has led to her current position.
Charlotte's mission is central: to ensure synergies between the Offer and Supply Chain departments. In concrete terms, she works on projects halfway between the two entities, more particularly on new product launches. Her objective? To continuously improve the coordination and productivity of the many business teams involved in bringing new products to shops. The fact that you’re able to see novelties in your favorite Sephora store is because of Charlotte’s contribution! She progressed naturally in her role after a two-year stint as a methods and tools manager, working on the launch of new products at Sephora.
At Sephora, recruiting interns and apprentices to make them grow as tomorrow’s talents is a mission in itself. Axel is in charge of finding the most promising recruits to join the company, through all available programs. With his small team, he gathers information on all the job profiles needed in each department, and works hard to recruit the right people, following their progress throughout their journey with Sephora.
And how can we talk about Sephora without mentioning our very own and very special brand, Sephora Collection? Behind Sephora Collection’s wonderful products you’ll find Camille, who is in charge of packaging development and design. Working with purchase, design and formulation teams, she juggles technical feasibility studies and marketing needs, to come up with the most practical and best-adapted packaging for the products. With its strong commitment to eco-design principles, Sephora Collection pays particular attention to respect for the environment, opting for sustainable solutions for its packaging.
Jean Willy is Tech Lead API. His daily routine? Supporting our project teams to develop APIs (‘end-to-end’ communication interfaces) that enable us to fully meet our customers’ needs. He is also responsible for the administration of the API management platform and for optimizing the security of our systems.
Eduardo began his Sephora adventure in-store, in Spain. After many trips around the globe, he joined the Head Office teams as Supply Chain Project Manager for the Europe and Middle East region. His main mission is to orchestrate the IT and business teams to deploy innovative and efficient logistics projects.
Milena is our Chief Information Security Officer for Europe and Middle East. Her daily life at Sephora? Working together with the IT and business teams to protect the information systems, and mitigating risks in order to guarantee business continuity in compliance with laws and regulations.
Driven by a passion for his metier, Nicolas and his team manage Sephora’s entire real estate portfolio, from the opening of new stores to their daily management (including refurbishments, moves and extensions). His mission is to offer create environments that provide all customers in store with an unforgettable Sephora experience.
As Product Manager, Yoann handles the shopping journey on all of Sephora’s digital touchpoints, from websites to mobile applications. With his customer-centered mindset, Yoann manages the entire purchasing journey strategy, implementing innovative digital projects and analyzing the results – all while continuously improving the online experience for users.
After starting her journey within the catalog teams for Europe and Middle East, a new partnership between Sephora and Zalando provided Solen with an opportunity for internal mobility. As a senior e-merchandising specialist, she handles the translation of Sephora’s e-merchandising experience into the Zalando universe, a challenge that draws on all the expertise she has acquired over her career.
After spending several years in France and Italy, Lionel joined Sephora France as Digital and E-Commerce Director, to oversee the development of online sales on the website and the Sephora app. This position puts him in ever-closer contact with our customers and their needs, as he constantly seeks to improve their shopping experience. A challenging job in an accelerating environment.
Following an end-of-year internship and a first experience in category management in France, at Sephora Europe, Cécile had the opportunity to move on to a regional position, becoming Manager of the Mini&Mores* and Sephora Favorites** categories for Europe & Middle East region. Her daily life? Doing everything she can to offer the very best of beauty to our customers!
Virginie joined Sephora two years ago as Category Manager Europe, after five years in marketing for a leading Beauty retailer group. In charge of the make-up brands distributed exclusively at Sephora, Virginie steers the strategy and action plan of each brand throughout European distribution. She coordinates the assortment, distribution, 360° activation plan (trade, media, store, CRM) and marketing budget in close collaboration with the 15 Sephora countries in Europe, the head office teams and the brands. Her greatest pride? Launching the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna brand, with worldwide success!
Clément was one of the first data scientists to join Sephora! Since then, the team has grown, gained structure and positioned itself as a central pillar of Sephora's digital acceleration. Clément’s daily mission is to help the business overcome its challenges in a concrete and innovative way, using machine learning and data science tools. This exciting job allows him to work cross-functionally with all the company's teams, including supply, CRM and digital.
Charlotte began her Sephora adventure as a launch coordinator in the Offer teams for Europe. She then moved into planning and logistics, and today works to forecast sales as accurately as possible, stocking nearly 1,000 shops across Europe & Middle East with over 20,000 different products.

At the crossroads between team management and the shop's commercial objectives, Laëtitia's daily life is full of challenges. Throughout her career with Sephora, the experience and support of her peers has helped her learn and grow. And now she shares her knowledge and good-humored spirit with her team of over 80 people, helping them to surpass themselves every day.
Anaïs is a shop manager at La Défense. Every day, she strives to surpass herself, paying attention to her team members and customers, while also achieving store’s commercial objectives. For Anaïs, the wellbeing of her teams is the driving force behind the attainment of these objectives. The caring and challenging spirit that has characterized her 12-year journey at Sephora, is something she strives to pass on to her colleagues each and every day.
