sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a SDR Team Lead to join our Sales Acquisition Team.

The role is based out of the Paris office and will report to our Managing Director France. Do you want to help us shape the future of the logistics industry?

As a SDR Team Lead you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like managing, coaching and developing the existing SDR team. You’ll be collaborating closely with our Sales Team to define the strategy and manage the development of sales with our new customers.

In this role you will:

  • Manage, coach and develop an existing team composed of 4 SDRs
  • Develop the sales and telephone prospecting skills of each team member
  • Motivate and monitor the daily activity and performance of your team (data driven approach - weekly appointment scheduling objectives)
  • Perform regular analyzes of the prospecting process and make recommendations in order to improve efficiency and team productivity
  • You will also train the team to define the strategy and manage the development of sales with our new customers.

Preferably you are:

  • You ideally have significant previous B2B sales experience
  • Strong autonomy with a proven work methodology
  • You ideally have already managed a sales/SDR team
  • If you are proficient with Salesforce, it would be a plus
  • Your analytical mindset allows you to analyze information, identify problems and trends as well as solve complex problems
  • You are fluent in French and English.
