About the role:

As an Account Manager (Carrier/Transport Department) you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like developing sales activity in the region for which you will be fully responsible, by building the loyalty of carriers and establishing a lasting and trusting relationship.

In this role you will:

• Meet the carriers on-site
• Take care of the onboarding, qualification and training of carriers
• Deal with price negotiation and transport purchase on the basis of regular flows
• Partner with carriers in order to obtain a commitment
• Be responsible for margin, tracking and quality provided by your carriers
• Eventually have a perfect knowledge of the prices and inbound/outbound flows in your region
• Be in constant interaction with other services (operations, sales, data, product, etc.)
• Be responsible for margin, tracking and quality provided by your carriers.

Preferably you are:

• We are looking for candidates who already have initial experience in buying or selling B2B solutions, ideally in transport
• You have a team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
• You like challenges to go above and beyond
• You are fluent in both French and English. Spanish is a real plus for this role!
• You have the driving license to visit the carriers
• You persistent and persuasive
• You are curious and want to learn
