Do you know what a wallet is? Yes, you may even use them without realizing it. These applications are exploding in use all over the world and allow you to pay with your phone and save everything you usually put in your wallet onto your phone and a lot more. Loyalty cards, offers, coupons, e-reservations, access badges, boarding passes, insurance cards, concert or event tickets, etc.

Captain Wallet was recently acquired by Brevo and is the leading European SaaS platform that allows brands to connect to wallets like Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. For brands, wallets create a highly personalized and effective communication channel directly on their mobile with their consumers. We are a team of 30 employees working with 200 (and growing!) key accounts, such as Intersport, Monoprix, McDonald's, Le Bon Marché, Malakoff Humanis, Sandro, Décathlon, Sephora, Courir, Lacoste, Sarenza, Auchan, L’Occitane. We are serving customers in more than 150 countries!

We're looking to consolidate our presence in the Hispanic market (Spain, Mexico, and Chile) and are therefore looking for a sales profile on a work-study contract who is eager to learn, proactive, and wants to specialize in digital.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will work closely with a senior BDR, under the coordination of the Team Lead Outbound and in close collaboration with the Regional Manager. The BDR will be the first point of contact to obtain the information required for sales action.

This apprenticeship position can lead to a permanent contract and is a great springboard for a career in digital.

You will join the Captain Wallet by Brevo adventure and become a key Spanish team member. You'll learn to contact, communicate, and network with marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and executive managers... you'll attend trade shows in Spain and participate in developing the Spanish sales strategy.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will:

  • Email/telephone/social networking prospecting
  • Initial contact with prospect
  • Simple commercial qualification (needs, timing and budget)
  • Appointment setting for full needs assessment by AE
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • Have previous experience working on the Spanish market and can speak several languages (Spanish is required).
  • You understand the basics of e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • You are versatile and able to adapt to our prospecting and follow-up tools.
  • You already have at least one professional experience (internship or work-study program).
  • You are curious, resourceful, and autonomous.
  • You're full of ideas and like to get out of your comfort zone
  • You're enthusiastic and want to evolve in a startup and tech environment
  • You'd like to work in a small (and growing) team and be in direct contact with different professions
  • You are bilingual/native Spanish speaker
  • Brevo's official language is English, so a minimum level of English is required to join Captain Wallet.
