What you will do in this role 🧐

As part of the Tech Magic team, you will be recruiting for different roles for the Development & Product teams at Sendcloud. You have a 360 role where you will be doing vacancy intakes, dealing with hiring managers and other stakeholders, sourcing and screening applicants and being in charge of the whole recruitment process until the offer is accepted. In addition, you will work on projects like employer branding, campus recruitment, interview/recruitment trainings, and further improve and optimise our House of Talent department (HR).

  • Leadership: you lead the recruitment process for open positions
  • Sourcing: you will find the best technical talent by sourcing through different channels, and you dare to be creative!
  • Written communications: attractive job descriptions and personal reach-outs
  • Smart recruitment marketing: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, paid social advertising + any other channel(s) that you think can be effective!✨
  • Learning loops: experiment, test your assumptions, share and keep improving the Sendcloud recruitment process

Our perfect match 💗

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter (in tech is a big plus)
  • In-house recruitment experience is very nice to have
  • Big plus if you have experience in sourcing (and a network of) Backend (Python) developers
  • BSc. degree or thinking level & street-smart
  • You know the importance of culture in hiring
  • You've had experiences with high volume hiring and you are passionate about scaling an international organisation
  • Excellent people management skills and judge of character; you think quality over quantity, even in big volumes!
  • You have high integrity and ethics and you have creativity and resilience
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
