After having worked for large industrial groups, notably in the aeronautics industry, Jessica joined Scrome at the beginning of 2021 as head of the design office. As a true conductor, she manages the entire portfolio of projects under development, including the management of human and material resources as well as the financial management of projects.
Managing Director for several years now, Jean took over the company in difficulty to turn it around and make it a flagship of the French optical industry. Responsible for the company and its commercial functions, he has enabled the company to develop strong partnerships with the largest French and European industrial groups.
Having joined the company in June 2020, Guillaume has taken on the role of industrial manager. In this capacity, he is involved in all production and supply chain issues and is responsible for structuring the industrial capabilities of the company, which is essential for actual and future growth. Also acting as a true link between design and production, he and his team are also responsible for the industrialization of products.
Since her arrival in 2018, Laureen has been responsible for all stages of product production. After 2 years with the team, she has taken over the management of the technicians' and production operators' schedules. Ensuring the tempo of the teams and the articulation with the purchasing team, she brings a real technical and organizational support to the manufacturing team.
Frédéric joined the team in mid-2019 as a mechanical engineer. He is responsible for the design and integration of mechanical architectures of products under development. His expertise and his taste for challenges and innovation have allowed him to integrate very effectively in the company and to become an important member of the design office.
Established since 1987 in precision engineering, Scrome is positioned as a specialist in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of opto-electronic and opto-mechanical instruments with high added value. The study and production of equipment for civil and military applications is its core business. This allows Scrome to act in a wide area of domains such as sighting, observation, measurement, centering, and alignment.
With its experience, Scrome intervenes from the initial specification of its products to their maintenance in operational conditions, through their detailed design process and manufacturing operations. The installation of the products and user training are also part of its expertise. From prototype to serial production, their design and manufacturing processes are adapted to customer requirements, in order to place the customer and his expectations at the center of the concerns.
Over time, Scrome has diversified its activities into the opto-electronic sectors to offer complete solutions (own proprietary design or built to spec process) for all products related to the optical industry. Equipped with an experienced manufacturing team, Scrome ensures the assembly and quality control of all its equipment, guaranteeing a final product 100% made in France.
