As the assistant of the founders, your role will be to participate actively into the administrative and financial strategy of the company, supervising accounting, cash-flow, audit, legal, invoicing, general services,…as well as supervising the day to day relationships with suppliers (accountant, statutory auditor, bank,…)

Illustrative example of responsibilities you may lead during your internship/work-study:

• Reduce the working capital requirement (BFR) in shortening the delays to get paid by
  customers. This will include the design of a recovery plan as well as proactive and regular
  outbound calls to customers billing teams.
• Applications to public fundings
• Reportings for investors
• Implementation of an expense policy
• etc

This position will require a good organisation, strong analytics skills and excellent rigor.

Minimum qualifications:

● 4 years of study in a school dedicated to accounting and finance
● Fluent / Professional in English

Preferred qualifications:
● Already done a first internship/work-study in a professional environment
