About the job
You will be working with the Head of Human Resources, and work in direct collaboration with other members of the HR team, as well as other managers. On a daily basis, you will provide advice on any labor law-related issues, and contribute to the implementation and follow-up of the current HR procedures and projects (remote policy, documentations, employee assessment, time-saving account, etc.).
You will oversee the social dialogue with the company: organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing information/consultation, etc.
You will also be in charge of disciplinary procedures: assessing the situation, respecting procedures and deadlines, writing correspondence.
