About the job

You will be working with the Head of Human Resources, and work in direct collaboration with other members of the HR team, as well as other managers. On a daily basis, you will provide advice on any labor law-related issues, and contribute to the implementation and follow-up of the current HR procedures and projects (remote policy, documentations, employee assessment, time-saving account, etc.).

You will oversee the social dialogue with the company: organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing information/consultation, etc.

You will also be in charge of disciplinary procedures: assessing the situation, respecting procedures and deadlines, writing correspondence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of labor law (individual and collective relations)
  • Assist the Direction in handling the social dialogue (ESC meetings, negotiations, etc.)
  • Assist the Leadership and managers in handling individual files
  • Handle pre-contentious and contentious actions
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Very Good Command of English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Telecommunications sector Collective Agreement
  • Experience or knowledge of personnel and HR management

Locations
Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial remote work is possible
