About the job

As part of the Corporate Affairs department, you will focus primarily on Internal Employee Communications and External Employer Brand Communications. You will be working within the Corporate Communication team and you will play a crucial role in helping the team drive Employer communications. You will leverage strategic communications to inform, inspire and mobilize Scaleway employees. Your communications will help us to be the best we can be for our employees while also preserving our enviable culture, and contributing with innovative ways to help get our expertise in front of the right audiences, and jumping in to help the team however you can. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in public relations, communications or similar field
  • Very good command of English and French (knowledge of German, Spanish or Dutch would be a bonus)
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Extremely strong writing skills, particularly in writing corporate communications that inform and engage an audience 
  • Strategic and proactive mindset when it comes to high impact projects
  • Quick to understand data, and how to make it digestible 
  • The ability to run end-to-end media campaigns, this includes, but isn’t limited to, collaboration with content editors to ideate, review data, pitch and write content
  • Experience with internal communications, Employer branding and communications, and internal events
  • You are a creative and passionate storyteller, and advocate for company culture
  • Responsibilities

  • Establish regular and reliable communications to keep employees informed and engaged on Scaleway initiatives
  • Collaborate to produce high-quality, informative, and attention-grabbing communications and related materials
  • Work cross-functionally to ideate and create media campaigns
  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs, while routinely meeting or exceeding goals
  • You will partner with the People Team to develop targeted employee communications and engagement plans that drive adoption and support a connected employee community
  • You will help create and execute a unified, informative, and engaging internal branding and messaging strategy for People operations via compelling communications channels (e.g. newsletters and videos)
  • You will support our Talent Acquisition Team with our Employer Brand communications to attract new talent and build brand visibility for talent
  • Location 

    This position can be either:  

    - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible 

    - Fully remote in Europe

    - 10 months contract, renewable.

    Salary Range

    43,000 - 56,000 EUR per year
