Specific responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission will be to source and generate a maximum of commercial opportunities for the Channel team by qualifying potential partners corresponding to Scaleflex’ target.

To achieve your mission, you will benefit from a best-in-class stack of sales tools to exceed your sales targets (Lemlist, Outreach, SalesForce, Snov, Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • Work closely with the Channel Manager in generating new business
  • Qualify inbound leads and create business opportunities for the Channel Manager in charge
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by identifying and contacting key contacts to gather relevant information by phone, email, and on LinkedIn
  • Moving qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to the Channel Manager, and arranging in-person meetings
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing tactics to generate qualified inbound leads to reach out to (co-branded webinars)
  • Creating relationships with partners to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Presenting product information to potential partners once you have identified their needs.

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 month / 1 year of experience as a Business Developer with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Languages: proficient English, another language is a plus
  • A strong hunter mindset: you don’t easily give up and you are known to be resilient/competitive
  • Outstanding communication and objection handling skills, via cold calling and emailing
  • High interest for the digital startup ecosystem, SaaS, Cloud based solution
  • You are a team player and will enjoy collaborating with the Sales and Channel teams

Recruitment process

After a first intro call with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll meet with our Channel Manager in the 2nd round. What we expect from you is to prepare the best pitch you can for Scaleflex and its products.
