Specific responsibilities

As part of the Marketing Squad, you will primarily be responsible for fueling Scaleflex’ growth by acquiring new customers on our global markets. Towards different channels, the Marketing squad is responsible for creating diverse advertising campaigns and creating our Scaleflex’ brands built on our core values: scalable, performant, flexible, accessible and ever evolving.

  • Build, run and optimize search campaigns (SEA) to efficiently grow Scaleflex’ footprint in the highly competitive DAM and Media Performance market.
  • Build, run and optimize display video and paid social campaigns, managing ad networks to generate qualified prospects at scale and convert them in the most efficient way.
  • Build and run traffic acquisition program with a goal of maximizing visits from the right audience while maintaining a high level of quality, increase click-through rates and organic search.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Contribute to the global quarterly Marketing Strategy based on the insights provided by the marketing reports; Work jointly with the Sales team to launch, monitor and report dedicated campaigns for each market (France/Benelux, UK/Nordics, DACH, APAC).
  • In close relationship with our Content and Social Media Manager, be the go-to-person for all communications on our blog and social media to guarantee the quality of the content and the efficiency of our SEO and link building strategy.
  • Reinforce the branding initiatives launched by our Program Manager to coordinate internal design ressources & creative agencies to deliver high-performing assets to fuel your campaigns.
  • Make an impact with the event initiatives carried by our Program Manager to organize or take part in Webinars, Conferences, Awards, etc.
  • Participate with our technical Growth Hacker in improving and developing new lead generation tools for the Scaleflex products.
  • Assist with other marketing projects as needed.

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of traffic expertise, handling accounts with substantial monthly ad spend in a media agency or at major BtoB/BtoD company/scale-up/pure player
  • Proven track record of running complex paid online campaigns, while meeting aggressive targets.
  • Outstanding analytical skills: proficient in GAnalytics, Excel/Airtable, experienced with visualisation tools such as Tableau/Looker
  • Ability to analyze marketing data to present results as well as high level trends
  • Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong work ethic and desire to test and try new tactics/programs
  • A team player who can facilitate and increase cross functional collaboration.
  • Hands on & problem solver: you are autonomous and thrive in complex environments
  • Robust understanding of attribution modeling
  • Google ads / Analytics certified
  • Language: English (full professional proficiency), another language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.)

Recruitment process

After a first intro call with the Marketing Team, you’ll meet with the Scaleflex’ Founders for a 2nd round. What we expect from you is to prepare short recommendations based on what you perceive from the Scaleflex’ current Ads and SEO strategy.
