The position

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Communications to help the company growth to its next level, implementing international strategies across Unmanned vehicles, Surveying and Defense BtoB markets. By analyzing market trends and customers’ needs, you are able to define and implement the best online and offline strategies to promote our brand and products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communication strategy:

  • Defining, implementing, leading across your team the 360° marketing and communication strategy, in line with the goals of the company.

  • Piloting and monitoring successful B2B Marketing, PR, and Growth campaigns.

  • Collaborating closely with all stakeholders involved internally (Product, Account Management, Operations, Customer Support, etc.) to complete all marketing projects successfully.

  • Being the voice of SBG Systems through the different media in the industry, adapting, adjusting, and constantly improving.

 

Product & Brand Marketing:

  • With a sound knowledge of the unmanned vehicle, surveying, and defense BtoB markets, you are in charge of increasing brand awareness and qualified lead generation.

  • You define and optimize your multichannel communication, using online and offline tools in an international environment.

  • Manage and collaborate on PR campaigns working with external partners including graphic designer, SEO expert and web developers.

  • Manage production of all brand assets – brochure, success stories, ads, corporate videos, graphic design.

  • Manage marketing and communications for new product launches.

 

Digital Marketing:

  • Highly skilled in digital marketing, you lead the company transformation in terms of web communication and online acquisition strategies.

  • Responsible for company website and social media improvement.

 

Growth Marketing:

  • Managing a team of three people: 1 Event Manager, 1 Digital Marketing Officer & 1 Event Intern.

  • Growing the marketing team: supporting in hiring, retaining, and developing our talents.

  • Defining with the board and following your department the Marketing budget and KPIs.


Preferred experience

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or an Engineering Degree with an Expertise in Marketing.

  • You enjoy the challenge of promoting ultra-technical sensors for the robotics and autonomous car markets, cartography, and defense applications.

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in BtoB markets, ideally in technical industry, science, or information technology or a high curiosity for technical subjects.

  • You are fluent in English, your day to day job will requires it, both verbal and written.

  • You demonstrate leadership & management skills, with an international mindset and strong business acumen.

  • You have a deep knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.

  • You have successfully implemented digital marketing and online lead acquisition technics.

  • Good team spirit, conscientiousness, and trust are qualities that define you the best.

  • Goal oriented, you are able to adapt to fast evolving markets.
