UN ALTERNANT – CHARGE DE PROJET CULTURE D'ENTREPRISE (H/F)

Site Paris - La Boétie (8ème arrondissement)

Au sein du service Global Diversity, Inclusion and Culture de Sanofi Aventis Groupe et en lien avec votre tuteur, vous apporterez votre support à la définition et l’implémentation de projets permettant le développement de la nouvelle Culture d’entreprise Sanofi, en lien avec les enjeux business, de performance et la stratégie du Groupe.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions consisteront à :

• Participer à la définition et à l’implémentation des nouvelles orientations de la Culture Sanofi, en fonction des priorités et en redéfinissant la roadmap si besoin,
• Créer des partenariats avec les différentes parties prenantes pour identifier les initiatives globales pouvant être appliquées en local au sein des business Units et des régions,
• Être en lien avec les Centres d’Excellence (Talent, Formation, Inclusion et Diversité, etc.) pour identifier les actions potentielles à mener,
• Mettre en place des actions de communication pour plus de transparence sur les succès et challenges rencontrés par Sanofi,
• Collaborer avec les équipes Audit pour obtenir du feedback sur les « Culture Check Ups » au sein des différentes équipes et régions,
• Contribuer à évaluer l’impact du Changement de Culture sur l’engagement et la satisfaction des collaborateurs.

Profil recherché

Vous recherchez un contrat en alternance d'une durée de 12 mois, débutant en Septembre 2022 dans le cadre d'une formation de niveau Bac +4/+5 en Gestion de projets, Management, Ressources humaines, Psychologie, Stratégie d’entreprise, de type Ecole de Commerce ou Université.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels du Pack Office, et plus particulièrement PowerPoint.

Intervenant dans un environnement international, vous êtes en capacité de converser aisément en anglais avec des interlocuteurs non francophones.

Pour cette alternance, vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d'organisation, créativité et votre force de proposition. Ouvert d'esprit, vous aimez travailler en équipe et interagir sur des sujets transversaux.

AN APPRENTICE – GLOBAL PROJECT COORDINATOR – CORPORATE CULTURE (M/F)

Location: Paris - La Boétie  

Assignment:

Within the Global Diversity, Inclusion & Culture Department of Sanofi  Aventis Group and in connection with your tutor, you will support the Head of Global Culture in the design and implementation of Sanofi’s Culture Shift journey, to make sure employees’ experience, environment and working culture stays connected to the business goals, performance and strategy of Sanofi.

In this context, your missions will consist in:

• Taking part in the culture program design and shaping the evolution of the roadmap, in alignment with Sanofi culture shift priorities,
• Partnering with the Culture Network Leads globally in seeking out initiatives that could be scalable locally and ensure timely and efficient planning for local teams to implement,
• Create a social feed on Culture, and enhancing transparency globally on the successes and challenges faced as one Sanofi (using Yammer, Buzz and potentially Facebook for Work),
• Partnering with Centres of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Reward, Diversity and Inclusion, Communications, digital etc) to help simplify opportunities to join up initiatives,
• Working closely with the Audit Team, to get insight from the Culture Check Ups in different regions and teams, 
• Working with experts to shape how the Culture Shift evolves to have a positive impact on our employee Net Promoter Score globally, improving the culture at Sanofi for all.

Required profile:

You are looking for an apprenticeship contract of12 months, starting in September 2022 as part of a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or Economics in a University, Business School, Communication School.

You are very comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.

Part of an international environment, you are fluent in English and, you can write and hold a conversation with non-French speakers. 

Self-starting and self-motivating team player, your creativity and proactivity allow you to carry out your missions. Open-minded, you enjoy working in a team and interacting on transversal topics.
