AN APPRENTICESHIP- MRNA TECHNOLOGY RNA & DNA AUTOMATION (M/F)

Location: Marcy-l'Etoile (69)

Assignment:

Within the Service Drug Substance Automation and in connection with your tutor, you will support for high-throughput screening of therapeutic mRNAs.

In this context, your roles will be to:

• Participate in the project of automating the production of mRNAs and DNA plasmids,
• Participate in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of RNA and DNA plasmid,
• Write reports and present results,
• Support other team projects.

Required profile:

You are looking for an apprenticeship contract of 12 months, starting in September 2022 as part of a training of level Bac + 5 of a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology in University or Engineering School, or of a BAC+3 Licence Pro in those domains.

This position will required previous knowledge on Molecular Biology (practical and theoretical), including PCR, gel electrophoresis, nucleic acids purification (RNA, DNA) and cloning among others. Experience in Automation or High Through put screening techniques will be highly valuable.

You are very comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.

Part of an international environment, you are fluent in English and, you can write and hold a conversation with non-French speakers.
