How You'll Make an Impact:

The solution engineer is in charge of providing specific development services to improve customer usage or increase customer acceptance of the solution (connectors, SSO, ....) which includes the overall improvement of the platform to facilitate the integration of new customers, the maintenance of existing connectors and the technical support of the professional service team during client implementation.

Missions :

• Participate in sprint planning to analyze, negotiate, evaluate tasks
• Implement software that is scalable and reliable
• Implementing, maintaining and monitoring data connectors
• Ensuring the interoperability of the platform, including participation in technical projects around the build of connectors to & from partners or customers systems
• Interacts with Project Delivery team and clients in order to assess / scope / test / deliver client interoperability requirements in time and with quality
• Writes technical documentation

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

• At least 2 years of Development experience
• A broad knowledge and a genuine curiosity about software development
• Experience with API integration and documentation
• Knowledge of HTTP protocol and Web services: REST JSON APIs, SOAP and XML
• Python coding experience
• Ability to participate in a customer facing project
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize in the face of demanding timeframes and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and French.

Can you work remotely? YES! Our offices are in Paris (WeWork) but we encourage anyone to join our teams at Salsify as long as they are France based. You will have the opportunity to work from home every day and meet your teammates in person on occasion to build a team spirit.
