At Salsify every day is different but your mission as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer will include:

Build the client-facing application of our data exchange platform using popular technologies:

• React (v17)
• Redux
• TypeScript/ES2020+
• Jest + testing-library + webdriver.io

Participate to our current frontend challenges:

• Backend for Frontend creation
• Move to micro-frontends
• Design System merging with Salsify
• Evangelize/advocate good practices and lead by example
• Work using Agile methodology
• Reviews critical parts of his/her team's code to ensure that it satisfies quality requirements
• Be an initiative technical owner and be accountable for the releases
• Work closely with Product Manager and UX/UI designer, challenge them.
• Share your knowledge
• Participate to hiring

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

• 5+ years of XP working as a Frontend Software Engineer in a strong engineering environment
• Experience with ReactJS
• Familiar with CI/CD and deployment cycles
• Extensive knowledge of testing (unit, integration and e2e tests)
• A technical mentor/leader
• Broad knowledge and genuine curiosity about frontend development
• Fluency in French and English

Bonus skills:

• Experience with Redux is a plus
• Cypress knowledge and/or experience is a plus
• Experience on micro-frontends is appreciated
• Experience designing large single-page applications in a B2B software company
• Experience with frontend tooling management, maintenance and improvement
• Experience with Agile methodologies
