Salsify is looking for its next HR Generalist !

Salsify’s People Experience (PX) Team enables our people to do their best work by cultivating experiences that are flexible, unique, and meaningful for each individual at every stage of their Salsify journey. The People Operations Advisor will build unique, local employee experiences in the frame of Salsify’s global philosophies, culture, and practices.

How You'll Make an Impact:

The HR Generalist, based in our Paris office, will be responsible for overseeing our employee experience and people operations in France. This will include:

• Handling day-to-day Operations:
  • Ensure execution of operational programs (payroll, benefits, etc) are run in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Have an automation mindset and try to automate any operational tasks as much as possible.
  • Coordinate with international vendors (payroll, benefits, immigration).
  • Understand and build knowledge of the local market, HR benchmarks, trends, etc. to drive recommendations
  • Execution of operational tasks in local region(s) such as: contract creation and updates, onboarding / offboarding, coordination of local employee medical requirements, etc.

• Being a key Advisor:
  • Key employee resource with a solid understanding of frequently asked employee questions.
  • Keeps a pulse of teams and employees through regular check-ins with the managers.
  • Coach managers and employees on French-specific practices.
  • Gather, package and surface feedback from the org and PX surveys to drive & improve experiences.
  • Partner with PXBPs and managers on local operational processes: performance, termination, employee relations, promotions / role changes.

• Being the Site Leader for France:
  • Ownership of the Paris office logistics: drive local events, and programs
  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to ensure connectivity with global PX programs and local rollouts

• You are fluent in French and English.
