The data model and quality controls are key components of the business relationship between brands and retailers when it comes to product data. As a consequence, administrating the Model and managing its evolutions requires rigor and strong internal process. In this context, the Platform Operations Teams play a central role in the SupplierXM Implementation delivery model. The team is in charge of delivering and maintaining both Industry standards and Customer Specific Requirements related to Data Model and Validation Rules. The team’s activities cover a large scope including Business requirement gathering, Configuration, Documentation, Communication to the user community.
