How You'll Make an Impact:

The data model and quality controls are key components of the business relationship between brands and retailers when it comes to product data. As a consequence, administrating the Model and managing its evolutions requires rigor and strong internal process. In this context, the Platform Operations Teams play a central role in the SupplierXM Implementation delivery model. The team is in charge of delivering and maintaining both Industry standards and Customer Specific Requirements related to Data Model and Validation Rules. The team’s activities cover a large scope including Business requirement gathering, Configuration, Documentation, Communication to the user community. Platform Operations team regularly interacts with customers and several internal teams on the following areas:

  • Working with the Professional Services team, in close contact with the clients, at implementing, in the platform, the data model and product data validation rules for best-in-class project delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Support and R&D for solving configuration problems in the production environment, and making sure our clients get the service they pay for.
  • Partnering with the Marketing team in order to deliver regular communications about all the configuration changes, and smoothly deliver the corresponding releases.
  • Helping the Customer Success team in their discussions with the clients who want to go further in the usage of the platform and the product data.
  • Continuously assessing how we are doing things, and working at increasing the efficiency of the team through more industrialization with better tooling and processes.
  • Working with the Product team on industry data model standards and participating in the communities of the organizations (such as GS1 Fr or Belgium, FABDIS etc…) that develop them

The job can be based in our Paris office or remotely in France.

Your main missions will include:

  • Manage and grow team members, oversee the development and maintenance of team skills
  • Produce project deliverables and secure project planning, roadmap, capacity planning
  • Define and produce regular KPIs to communicate and report, in order to follow-up on the activity, quality delivery, CSAT and structure the action plans for driving the improvement
  • Contribute to shaping the future of the Operations organization and an increasing number of deals in new industries thanks to robust internal and cross-team processes
  • Promote and enforce best practices so that we operate as efficiently as possible
  • Be the referent and provide guidelines externally and internally. Build a business knowledge on the Data Model &VR and be an expert and advisor in the discussions with our clients, in order to guide them towards success in their usage of our platform.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 10+ years of XP working in a Master Data Management fonction
  • Retail / CPG basic knowledge, previous experience in implementation projects, (ERP, PIM, DAM…)
  • 3+ years of XP managing a 5+ people team
  • Ability to work with our clients, understand their needs, and translate them into project deliverables
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize in the face of demanding timeframes and fast-paced environment
  • Good relationship management:able to work with several teams
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • A logical approach, data-driven, excellent organization, being results and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects at the same time and work effectively under pressure, providing solutions in a tight deadline
  • Fluent in English and French, a third language such as German or Dutch would be an advantage
  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with working in a global environment/culture
  • Passionate about the CPG industry and start-up ecosystem
