Salsify is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and driven Enterprise Sales Director, Strategic Accounts who has previous significant SaaS experience and an affinity for solution selling. As a Enterprise Sales Director, Strategic Accounts at Salsify, you will take our Supplier Experience Management (SXM) solution and your love for closing new strategic logos to build an effective pipeline and add to our current client base of over 800 brands.

Enterprise Sales Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for taking a consultative sales approach to finding and winning new accounts with the most well-known retailers in the world. This position concerns South EMEA and is based in our Paris Office.

How you'll make an impact:

In your job as Enterprise Sales Director, Strategic Accounts your objective is to commercialise our Software-as-a-Service platform to existing and or new key customers, going from account mapping to deal closing.

We have found that the most successful Enterprise Sales Director are not only natural hunters but are great storytellers. Your genuine curiosity, your empathy, and your desire to help prospective customers navigate the ever-changing e-commerce landscape will be some of your strongest assets.

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

  • Sell SaaS to strategic accounts and key personas that include CMOs, VPs, & Directors of Digital, E-Commerce and IT.
  • You will need to understand the balance between navigating complex, multi-year deals with several stakeholders over several months (evangelising SXM does not happen overnight) and identifying quick entry point solutions that solve the prospective customers most pressing needs.
  • Be a key driver in Salsify’s continued new logo acquisition on the national and worldwide stage

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

* Ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of successful selling experience, in a SaaS environment, ideally in the retail world / CPG.* Stability and achievement – Proven history of being a consistent top performer.* Comfortable with a consultative customer-centric sales approach.* Proven ability to work as part of a team with Sales, Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, Pre-sales, Product Marketing, Marketing, etc.* You are comfortable working in a challenging environment achieving revenue targets (ARR, NRR, etc).* Comfortable interacting with senior executives across large organisations.* Manage multiple complex sales processes concurrently and effectively.* Native French, Fluent English, an additional European language is a plus.* Excellent negotiation skills.* Experience using Salesforce is a bonus.
