Salsify is looking for a creative, data-driven Director of Demand Generation to run a team of marketers focused on digital, demand generation, events and other top of funnel activities. The goal of this organization is to be the key to driving top of funnel awareness and lead strategy. This team will be critical to driving integrated campaigns to our prospect. You’ll work closely with product marketing, field marketing and content marketing, and will be responsible for the strategy, execution and measurement of the multi-channel, top of funnel, demand generation campaigns.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Understand the revenue waterfall and work with sales to determine conversion rates, pipeline needs and create strategies and execution
  • Stay up to date on marketing/industry trends and topics that will attract new prospects
  • Conceptualize, build, test and manage campaigns that utilize a variety of channels, potentially including: email nurture, paid social, paid advertising, website chat and content syndication.
  • Identify new channels to reach our target audience, test campaigns and analyze effectiveness (including effectiveness of spend on paid channels).
  • Work with the content marketing team to conceive and develop new offers that will attract and engage top of funnel prospects.
  • Work with the product marketing team to support updated information on buying personas, use cases, and market challenges.
  • Align closely with the overall marketing team to understand top of funnel metric needs around digital optimization, top of funnel emails, top of funnel content, retargeting and more
  • Use analytics tools to examine success and improve campaigns on an ongoing basis.

You'll Enjoy This Role if You Have:

  • 6-8 years of experience building multi-channel demand gen campaigns
  • Managing a team previously
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related business field a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the latest digital marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to Salsify’s fast-paced environment and a passion for building relationships with internal customers.
  • Experience measuring multi-touch campaign attribution
