We are looking for a creative, data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to run integrated campaigns to our prospect strategies in the UK. You’ll work closely with product marketing and content marketing, and will be responsible for the strategy, execution and measurement of the multi-channel campaigns.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Understand the revenue waterfall and work with sales to determine conversion rates, pipeline needs and create strategies and execution
  • Conceptualize, build, test and manage campaigns that utilize a variety of channels, potentially including: email nurture, sales email/call cadences, paid social, paid advertising, events (in-person and digital), website chat and content syndication.
  • Identify new channels to reach our target audience, test campaigns and analyze effectiveness (including effectiveness of spend on paid channels).
  • Work with the content marketing team to conceive and develop new offers that will attract and engage prospects.
  • Work with the product marketing team to support new product releases and create highly targeted campaigns to drive demand.
  • Align closely with Sales Leaders and AEs to understand needs and deliver campaigns that achieve common pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Use analytics tools to examine success and improve campaigns on an ongoing basis.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 3-4 years of experience building multi-channel demand gen campaigns
  • Either Native UK and Bilingual FR OR Native FR and Bilingual UK
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related business field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the latest digital marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to Salsify’s fast-paced environment and a passion for building relationships with internal customers (sales and BDR teams).
  • Experience measuring multi-touch campaign attribution a plus!

The position can be based either in the UK or in France.
