●     Partner closely with our procurement and partnerships lead, as well as our sales, financials, pricing and business management teams, to conduct sourcing for products

●     Develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans with our operational teams and testing / quality center in Bucharest

●     Be part of negotiating and managing supply agreements with our suppliers to maximize cost savings and assure budgeted financial targets are met

●     Measure and continuously improve key performance metrics to ensure supplier management standards are achieved

●     Guide the implementation of our decision-making purchasing tools

●     Back Office Management Deals

●     Work with our financial and operations teams to insure we recover full value vs. negotiated terms.

●     Graduated from a Business, engineering school or master's degree (bac +4/5) in a business-related field, ideally with a specialization in purchasing and first experience in this field. Ideally in electronics, high tech, sustainable business, but open to any profile with relevant experience

●     Individuals must be driven and versatile, with an eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at a human scale

●     Fluent in English and ideally French, fluency in other languages and an international profile are a plus
