Position: Inside Sales Account Manager

Division: Quadient Australia & New Zealand

Based in: Sydney, Australia

Position Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for engaging new and existing customers in their assigned territory to sell the entire range of company products and services.

This role would suit a recent graduate or existing Inside Sales rep seeking experience and a career in software related sales and marketing who aspires to become an Enterprise Sales Directo. The role reports to the Country Manager, ANZ and supports the Enterprise Sales team.

Responsibilities

As the Inside Sales Account Manager, you will get to:

Quote and sell Quadient solutions, products, and services within assigned existing and new accounts in Australia and New Zealand
Work with partners to support sales into their customers
Solidify existing customer accounts and bridging the gap to key stakeholders
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Qualify leads generated by marketing activities
Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Directors on strategic accounts
Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
Proactively understand, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Achieving an assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
Achieving strategic customer objectives defined by company management
Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet group targets

To be successful in this role, you need to ….

Be fluent written and spoken English with excellent verbal and written communicator
Collaborate with local and remote individuals and teams
Have experience with Microsoft Office or similar software
Pay attention to the details
Manage your time and prioritise activities
Occasionally travel
Have the ability to work from home and CBD office as required
Desirable requirements for this role:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, commerce, business IT or similar
Experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Interest in technology, communications and customer experience
