To support our continued growth and success, Quadient have embarked on a major transformation program, transitioning from legacy business operating entities to a global operating model. As part of this transformation, we have created a single Digital organization to deliver optimised global business processes, supported by leading systems and technology. The Digital function is led by the Chief Digital Officer, reporting to the Quadient COMEX (Executive Committee).

As a demonstration of our ambition, we are currently implementing global Salesforce CRM and Workday HCM solutions, and are embarking on a global ERP implementation, based on Oracle ERP Cloud. Around these core solutions, we have a significant local legacy business application landscape, which we intend to harmonise, thereby driving improved operating synergies and cost reduction.
The Director of Enterprise Architecture sits within our Digital Strategy & Performance sub-function, reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy & Performance.
The ideal candidate will come from an Enterprise Architecture background and be TOGAF certified.
