Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Spanish market, you will join our HR Spanish Team. You will directly report to Anna and your mission will be to hire the best talents as fast as the business needs with a focus on our Spanish Market.  You will play a key role in the success of Qonto.

🤝 Your future Manager

Anna, HR BP Spain will be the one to help you succeed.

Her path? She is Spanish and has 10+ years of experience in HR topics. Before joining Qonto, she worked for several kinds of companies (such as eDreams and Mazars) but then decided to join a unicorn to learn as much as she could bring. She is our very first HR in Spain and is currently handling all HR topics like Talent Acquisition, People Admin and People Development.

What she can bring to the team? She is full of energy, open-minded and gives autonomy and freedom to her team to experiment and learn from it. She expects from her team transparency, ownership, and an inner sense of what “quality work” means.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Spain at Qonto, you will

Ensure to attract the best Spanish talents and offer an unforgettable candidate experience by being in charge of the entire recruitment process (being rigorous, reactive and ensuring a good follow-up is key).

Become a Talent Acquisition expert on our Spanish team by Joining internal meetings/rituals and external events. Relationships are healthy and friendly both with our People/HR colleagues and hiring managers who value our expertise, listen to us, and truly collaborate.

Drive referrals for your hirings by doing peer sourcing sessions with newcomers, hiring managers, and peers.

Be trained on the Qonto Way to become the best TAM you can be. You’ll have clear priorities and work on no more than 5 roles at any time because we know more means compromising on both the quality of hiring and your mental health.

Contribute to projects (D&I, process improvement, campus management) with your TAM team and all Qontoers.

If you are right for this job, you already know what a TAM does so let me share what’s special about doing it here.

🤔 What you can expect

The TA team: Marjorie our Head of TA joined Qonto in 2018 and built the team so it runs like a swiss clock (read more on this here) but took the time to add to it a beating heart and constant smile ;-).

How we work: As a company, we think hard before we do/ build to always add value instead of shipping MVPs and constantly iterating. You’ll work with people who are smart, ambitious, and obsessed with mastering their craft. We have a career path for TA for both leadership and IC and a fair comp including bonuses based on your perf. We have lots of best practices in place and knowledge based on Notion on TA and Qonto in general.

Our tools: Notion (the bible for our TA knowledge, processes, and dashboards), Lever (including nurture campaigns), LinkedIn recruiter Pro, Gsuite, Slack, and homemade automation.

🏅About You

Mastery: You love hiring top talents in hot markets for demanding managers and have developed your craft over the years with a “never stop learning” mindset

Organizational skills: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload. You can follow the hiring process and work in a team

Problem solver: Nothing can stop you!

Communication skills: You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent Qonto, and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.

Languages: You speak Spanish and English fluently. It will be a significant plus if you also speak French.

Experience (not mandatory): You have at least 1 first experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment with knowledge of the Spanish labour market (in a company or in a recruitment agency).

If you read this far and feel like this could be a great opportunity for you, don't let the imposter syndrome prevent you from applying and hit the button "Apply", we'd really love to hear from you!
