The position is located in Berlin, but also remote friendly anywhere from Germany.

As a Social Media & Community Manager in Germany, you will build and develop a strong community of active members for Qonto and engage with our social media channels and external groups. You will report to Zuzanna Andani, Senior Marketing Lead- Germany

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Social Media Manager for our German Market at Qonto, you will:

• Build and execute the Social media Strategy for Germany.

• Engage our social media channels and external groups by building social media content and creative campaigns in Germany, with in-house brand designers and a global social media team.

Track relevant qualitative and quantitative KPIs and create monthly reports to share with the marketing team

• Support our Ecosystem Marketing Manager, Brand and Comms Expert, Partnership Manager and Content manager in developing the right content for our community (ambassadors, ecosystem partners, prospects).

• Work closely with our Ecosystem Marketing Manager and Brand & Comms Expert to promote Qonto events to our community and increase their participation level. Leverage them to communicate about these events.

• Coordinate with the Design team so they can produce visually appealing assets that can be leveraged on social media.

• Monitor social media trends (Germany and Global) about what other brands do on social and how: from German tech startups to international brands.

🤝 About your future manager

Their background? Zuzanna Andani has worked for the last 9 years, mainly in B2B/B2C Tech Startups. Before joining Qonto, she spent multiple years in SaaS Supply Chain businesses, building and growing the Marketing Departments there.

She studied Business Management and Specialized in Marketing. Then, she did a Post Graduation Year in Brand Management, multiple courses in Digital Marketing, Strategy and passed a Europe Wide Certification in Digital Marketing on a professional Level (DIMAQ)

What they can bring to you? Zuzanna is a dedicated and mission-driven leader that focuses on building a great team where everyone can contribute. In addition, she is an excellent organizer that believes in management through trust and transparency. Her personal Motto is “Keep learning!” because she loves to support her direct reports on their personal development while keeps growing herself.

Experience: You have already managed professional business social media accounts successfully (minimum 2 yoe)

Customer Obsessed: You have a user-first approach and you frequently listen to them to increase your customer understanding and adapt your strategy accordingly.

Data analyst: You are keen to learn to define the most important social media and marketing KPIs and how to track the success of every campaign.

Storyteller: You have excellent interpersonal and editorial skills, with exceptional listening skills.

Organized: You have great organisational and project management skills.

Marketing background : You have studied, or worked in a marketing-related positions before.

Curious:  You are willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of the product, industry, and competitors.

Languages: You have a perfect written and oral expression in German and English.
